If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all associated costs.

2. License

Fixerr AI is provided as a software-as-a-service subscription. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for the duration of your active subscription. No perpetual license is granted. Access terminates when the subscription ends or is cancelled. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Fixerr AI without written consent.

3. Ownership and liability

All Fixerr AI products, solutions, and materials remain the intellectual property of Fixer Global (Private) Limited. You may not claim ownership of our services, whether modified or unmodified.

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Fixerr AI is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.

User accounts and product licenses are non-transferable . For agencies and development partners: Please ensure your clients purchase their own licenses if they require direct support access.

4. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. Simply contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund.

5. Warranty

Fixerr AI services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all browsers, devices, third-party plugins, or external systems. Before purchasing, you may review demos or contact our support team to verify compatibility with your setup.

6. Account termination and suspension

Fixerr AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to

• Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards Fixerr AI staff or customers
• Spreading false information or misleading reviews
• Unauthorized resale, distribution, or promotion of competitor products
• Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
• Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized sharing

7. Privacy policy

We value your privacy. Fixerr AI does not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy (hosting, AI processing, analytics and payment providers) and with the platforms you choose to connect, and only to provide the service. Your data is used for purposes such as

• Providing the platform, including answering your customers on the channels you connect
• Order processing and account management
• Billing and billing disputes
• Preventing fraud and abuse
• Legal compliance

By using Fixerr AI services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you authorise Fixerr AI to receive the messages people send to it and to send replies from your bot or your team. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time from your Fixerr dashboard or from your Facebook settings, which removes our access.
